1. How to Log in?

To log in on the site choose a namespace, enter your Username or e-mail and password and click the “Login” button.

2. How to create a new account?

To create a new account open the registration page and fill in all fields. Then confirm that you are not a robot and click the “Sign Up” button. Now you can log in. Site’s administrator will get the notification, check your account and will confirm it and bind to a representative or reject it. After creating the account you can change your personal information. Access to the dashboard will be provided after account confirmation.

3. How to recover my password?

If you forget your password, you can restart it on the password recovery page. Type in your email and click the button “Submit”. In a few minutes you will get a message on your e-mail. Open it and follow the link from the message. The new form will appear. Enter your e-mail address and the new password and confirm the changes. Now you can log in with the new password.

4. Why is my account  not connected to the Representative? How to solve this issue?

If you see a message saying that your account is not connected to the representative, it means that the site administrator has not connected it yet. To solve this problem, please, contact site administrator and provide details about your account (email, username and representative).
